Cancellation Policy

CAMERA RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS By checking the box, I have read and agree to the Camera Rental Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with this rental, you (hereinafter "Lessee") agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Equipment Rental & Fees: a. The camera rental fee of $95 for the 3-day rental period is due and charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation. b. A $200 refundable security deposit will be charged at the time of your rental delivery. This deposit serves to cover any potential damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use to the rented Equipment (as defined below). c. Any additional add-on items selected (e.g., DJI Mic, Selfie Stick) will be charged at their specified rates. 2. Rental Period: a. The rental period is for 3 days, commencing upon delivery and concluding upon collection by Lessor. b. Late returns will incur a late fee of $30 per day or portion thereof until the Equipment is returned. Lessee agrees to be available at the mutually agreed-upon time and location for the collection of the Equipment. Failure to make the Equipment available may result in continued rental charges. 3. Cancellation Policy: a. All rental fees are non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur less than 30 days prior to your scheduled rental delivery date, the $95 rental fee will not be returned. b. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the delivery date, the rental fee may be refunded, less a 10% processing fee. 4. Equipment Condition & Responsibility: a. Lessee acknowledges receiving the rented camera(s) and all included accessories (collectively, the "Equipment") in good working order and agrees to return them in the same condition as received. b. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the care, maintenance, and safekeeping of all rented Equipment from the moment it is delivered until it is safely collected by Lessor. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling, water, dust, impact, theft, or any other cause, whether or not due to Lessee's negligence. c. Lessor is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or unrecorded footage due to user error, equipment malfunction, or any other cause. It is the Lessee's sole responsibility to ensure footage is properly recorded, backed up, and handled. d. The provided SD card is for Lessee's convenience and use. Lessor is not responsible for the contents or integrity of the SD card once returned by Lessee. e. All footage recorded by Lessee using the rented
